I'm totally a sucker for French is best... I mean, where else in the world could you get away with making garlands as beautifully chic as these. I tell you, if I were making them, they'd look like a pre-school project disaster. I know it drives my boyfriend mad because he has this strange belief that all girls harbour a secret fantasy to be French (what's so wrong with that, oui oui?).
